Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. This allows for each state to present their laws best for the people. The states do not have to follow the laws set by other states. The video explains what the amendment truly means. It is a good video that does not require a great deal of time to explain.
