Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. This states that we as people have rights that are not stated in the Constitution and cannot be denied or violated.  This video is a short clip that gives a direct explanation of the ninth amendment.
